PPI Documents

Are you looking for a private provider to complete your inspections? Are you not sure of the must-have documents?

Filling out and submitting documents is a necessary element of the inspection process. There are specific files and information that our PPI department needs pertaining to your project.  We understand that navigating through specific documents and paperwork can be overwhelming.

Additionally, we are aware that you need your documents accessible to schedule inspections.

Regardless of your inspection type, we will provide the necessary information to ease and simplify the entire process.

Before work can begin, a Notice of Commencement (NOC) must be filed with the jurisdiction that your project is in.

For example, if you are looking for inspections within Clay County, the NOC must be obtained from that county and be recorded by the clerk of counts. Scheduling is not permitted unless an NOC is submitted and recorded, no matter the jurisdiction!

For your convenience, the provided forms above are downloadable. If we do not have them in your account already, please download, complete, and submit them to PPIDEPT@legacyengineering.com
